The Spartan Boxing Fitness Workout uses techniques and training regimes that professional boxers use to get the fit, safely cut weight and become stronger for their bouts. We have combined these exercises into fitness programs that are safe for the mainstream exercise devotee. In other words, with Spartan Boxing Fitness, you train like a boxer without taking the punches!

Head Trainer, Simon Dalton has trained at some of the most successful gyms in the United States. Simon has developed a workout program that comprises of the best components of all the training techniques that the fighters training out of these gyms use. You will be doing the same workouts (at your own pace – getting faster and stronger each week) as boxers such as Manny Pacquaio, Floyd Mayweather, Amir Khan, Mike Tyson, just to name but a few!

The Spartan Boxing Fitness Workout will definitely challenge you as it works the human body’s 3 main physiological systems:

  • The ‘musculoskeletal system’ becomes stronger through specialized resistance exercises and boxing specific equipment drills.
