Simon has returned from living in the USA. He trained at Boxing gyms in San Diego, California. He also spent time at gyms in LA and Las Vegas. While there, Simon fought for the gym, sparred and trained alongside other Boxers & MMA fighters on a daily basis. He also learned more some Top Fitness & Strength & Conditioning Coaches on methods to get top results with people from all walks of life.
Simon has over 20 years experience as both a coach and athlete in the sports and fitness arena. He also has great knowledge of Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition. Simon is an expert in helping clients lose weight safely and correctly while still maintaining high energy levels.

Tough, physical and a great workout. If you’re looking for a great cardio workout to keep fit or as part of a preseason regime, this is a great way to do it. Simon knows his stuff, is patient and explains thins really well.
Great sessions to improve your fitness and boxing ability. Structured classes and working with a partner means I work harder here than I would do on my own at the gym.
