- Private Corporate Group Sessions – This is a great for your staff to bond and get together outside of the workplace.

All our Personal Training programs are devised by our Head Trainer – Simon Dalton, with your exact goals in mind. So, its not the generic programs you get in the big-box gyms, that want to keep you training at a slow pace, so you stay with them for months even years. In our personal training plans, we believe in educating you so that you don’t even need us in 3-6 months time. So, you will have the knowledge to train on your own or maybe even pursue a greater goal…
